The beach is where you want it to be. Sure we all can't get to the beach when we want; that doesn't mean we can't make our own "beach within reach". Whether it's your backyard or your apartment complex or the nearest place you can spread out a beach towel. There you are. You're on the beach.
Most items are in stock and should be shipped within 2 business days from date of order. Custom or personalized items may take longer and may require customer "proof" approval of artwork. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. We will monitor shipping times and will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery of your order. Communication is a key to your satisfaction. You may receive updates to your order status via e-mail notification. Please check your e-mail spam folder occasionally should our e-mails not get through to your address as expected.
Some items will be eligible for free or discounted shipping from time to time. All shipping charges will be noted at check-out. If charged incorrectly your will be issued a refund through Google Check-out or PayPal (whichever service you chose to use)
Returns of product will only be excepted with a return authorization number. Please contact us for a return number prior to initiating any return. Any product return may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
All product must be in new and unused condition. Any personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.
