Southwest Baja Seasoning Rub
This is a good one for Flank, Skirt or Tri-tip cuts of beef. Works well with chicken for slow grilling or roasting.
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Makes 1/2 cup.
Suggestion: I like to use a little olive oil to help the rub adhere to the meat.
